Implementing FAQ structured data may not lead to higher ranking positions, but our goal here is to occupy more space in the SERP so that more competitors are listed below.
In Which Situations Can a FAQ Page Be Created?
o create an FAQ page or an FAQ field on a page with the FAQ schema, you can examine the following situations:
If customers repeatedly email you the same questions, a general FAQ page for customers can be created by collecting the questions. Apart from a general FAQ page, you can create it by adding related questions to your product or service pages.
You can create content or landing pages that you can link from question to conversion. By adding questions about your services or products at the bottom of the relevant content, you can direct them to product or service pages from their answers. In this way, you will be able to convert from blog pages to our home pages.
A FAQ page is important as it provides an opportunity to directly address customer concerns and remove barriers to purchase.

How to Add FAQ Schema to Website?
In this method, you can generate the FAQ structure data using an in-page markup called JSON-LD recommended by Google.
Then the generated FAQ schema code should be added to the page where the FAQs are written.
Here are the steps to add the FAQ schema:
Enter the JSON-LD Schema Generator tool,
Add to the question and answer fields there,
Copy the code after adding all the questions,
Add the schema code to the page you want to add the FAQ, and the appropriate structure for this field should be created on the page you add.
How to Perform FAQ Schema Validation?
You can use Google’s rich results testing tool to validate the FAQ schema on a web page:
You should check in the test tool to find out that the page supports the Rich Snippet structure.

Once the FAQ Chart has been correctly added to the web page, you should add the page to Google Search Console for indexing.
What are the Benefits of FAQ Structured Data Markup?
The FAQ page should not be considered only as a “Frequently Asked Questions” page, an FAQ area can be created for each page that is suitable for the question patterns. A properly done FAQ section is an effective module that offers a variety of functions to your website.
You can see the effects of the FAQ area below:
Relieve some of the burden on customer support by answering frequently asked questions publicly.
Intra-site linking can be done with the links in the FAQ field,
You can gain trust by demonstrating your expertise with the field on the product or pages and by explaining your business model,
You can satisfy the customers by answering the questions of the customers in a distinctive way,
You can proactively prevent customer complaints and negative reviews,
You can convert from content pages to your service or product pages.
The only negative thing about FAQ schema may be that it negatively affects the CTR rate. In this situation, as explained above, FAQ should not be presented to the user in the content that will directly result in the user. For example, on a recipe site, this can lower the CTR rate. In my personal experience, I have determined that there has not been a noticeable decrease in the FAQ Schema pages so far. In fact, I observed that the CTR ratio increased in the future.
Currently, emoji is used in FAQ Schema questions as a different structure, which attracts the user’s attention more and can increase the click-through rate.
